Betty Lou Barrow, of Fort Worth, Texas was called home on April 20, 2021.

The family will receive friends during visitation on Sunday, April 25, 2021 from 3pm to 5pm. Graveside service will be held at Perryman Cemetery in Forestburg, Texas on Monday, April 26, 2021 at 11:00am.

Betty was born on January 23, 1946 in Muenster, Texas to parents, J.C. and Rama Lee Landers. She was the second oldest of six children. The Landers family made their move to Fort Worth, and she was raised in Watauga. She was a proud member of the 1964 class of Haltom High School. She married Lloyd Barrow in August 25,1965, and they welcomed their son Bryan soon after.

Betty was a loving wife and mother. She enjoyed crafting, specially ceramics. Many great memories were made cooking for her family and spending time together. She enjoyed going to the movies and had a special place in her heart for Christmas and decorating during the holiday season. She was a long time dedicated employee of Dickies.

She is preceded in death by her parents, J.C. and Rama Lee Landers; her in-laws; sister, Carolyn, and brothers, William and Johnny.

Betty is survived by husband of 55 years, Lloyd; son Bryan, and wife, Bridgette; grandson, Austin, and granddaughters, Desirae and Chelsea; brothers, Chris and wife, Shirley, and Jerry and his wife, Mary; Sisters-in-law, Mickie and Cindy, her beloved niece, Rebecca, numerous other nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Betty Barrow was on of the nicest you ever want to know. She was a co worker at Dickies Mfg. She always had a smile and was willing to do anything to help you in anyway. Betty will surely be missed from everyone she new.

I met Betty when VF acquired Dickies. She was an amazing lady. She had a beautiful smile, a wonderful laugh and was always willing to do whatever was needed. I am thankful I knew her and will miss her. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
