Betty Ruth Leeth

Betty Ruth Leeth, 77, passed from this life Sunday, Dec. 6, 2015, at her daughter's home in Highlands.Service:10 a.m. Friday in Laurel Land Fort Worth Memorial Chapel. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Laurel Land Funeral Home of Fort Worth .Betty was born in Fort Worth on Feb. 16, 1938, and was a 1957 graduate of Tech High School in Fort Worth. Betty married Bobby Carl Knotts, the father of her children, and lived in Fort Worth for several years. In 1977, she moved to Hamilton where she married Billy Gray Leeth. After Billy's death, she moved to Arkansas, where she resided until her health started to fail. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, J.O and Grace Muse; brothers, J.O. Jr., Bob, Doe and Bill Muse; sister, Barbara Norrell; and grandson, Niven Walton. Survivors: Companion, Lloyd Ashley of Mineral Springs, Ark.; children, Dale Clyde Knotts and wife, Teresa, of York, S.C., and Linda Ruth Wise and husband, Ed, of Highlands; stepchildren, William Lynn Davis of Jacksonville, Ark., Debbie Roberts of Minneola and John Leeth of Hamilton; grandchildren, Curtis and Travis Knotts, Wayne and Keith Wise, and Ashley Metz; seven great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; and many friends.
