Billie met and married the love of her life, Horace. They were married for 69 years and both were blessed with six children. One of the many memories the entire family will remember about Billie is her great cooking and how good she was at scratching heads and backs. Billie enjoyed collecting knick knacks, was very efficient and loved family gatherings.
Billie shared many years of ministry with her Husband. She loved being a Pastor’s Wife and enjoyed helping others through counseling. She also enjoyed worship music.
Those that knew Billie would know how she was an avid Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys fan. As she would say, "Go Rangers".
Billie will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Billie is preceded in death by her parents, five siblings and one son-in-law Jack Harter.
