Billy was preceded in death by his father, William A. Brown; mother, Thelma Marie; and a brother, Jerry Don.
Survivors: Son, Roger G. Brown and wife, Brittney; granddaughters, Elizabeth and Ava; brothers, Norman W. Brown and wife, Pat, of Jacksboro and Marvin L. Brown of Fort Worth; sister, Dora Pryor and husband, Joe, of Everman; and many nieces and nephews and friends.
