Billy is preceded in death by his parents Bobby L McMillen Sr. and Birtie McMillen; and son, Scott Paul McMillen.
Survivors: wife, Susan McMillen of Crowley; sons, Billy McMillen Jr of Crowley, and Todd and wife Amelia of Burleson; daughter, Michelle McMillen of Crowley; grandchildren, Billy III, Destiny, Scott, Hope, Dillon, Brandon, Abigail, and Eleanor McMillen; four sisters; one brother; and Aunt Edith Martin.
