Billy Eugene Livingston was born on May 2, 1939 to Jessie and Catherine Livingston in Waco, Texas. He peacefully entered into eternal rest on Sunday, September 18, 2016. Billy grew up in Waco, Texas. He served honorably in the United States Army and became a barber. After returning home from military service he worked as a barber in the Fort Worth area. Billy later worked in construction and retired in 2000. He enjoyed anything outdoors. Yard work kept his hands busy and his family remembers him always tinkering around building things and just content to be in the fresh air. Billy was also an avid golfer. He has joined his parents and sons, Tracey Livingston and Patrick Livingston in eternal rest. Billy leaves behind to mourn his passing loving wife of 44 years, Yvonne; children, Collis Morgan, Yolanda Morgan, Derrell Ferguson; grandchildren, Yavonna Angel; great grandchildren, Xayden, Merabell, Landon; extended family and dear friends.
