He was born December 11, 1947 in Vietnam to Tin Trang and Tien Pham. He was preceded in death by his father, mother, older brother, and younger sister.
He is survived by his wife, 4 daughters, their spouses, and his 6 grandchildren. He is also survived by his 7 younger siblings, their spouses, and their children, and grandchildren.
