

Today we honor the life of Bobbie Jean Carroll Suttice King, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, servant and friend.
She was born August 11, 1934, in Waco, TX to Lawrence D. and Rosa Lee Carroll. At the age of 9 her family moved to Fort Worth. Her family joined Mount Gilead Baptist Church where all of her children were baptized. Although she lived in Los Angeles, CA, Detroit, MI Washington DC and Houston, TX, She would always end up back in Fort Worth at Mount Gilead Baptist Church, where she was still a loyal and loved member.
She graduated from I.M. Terrell High School in 1951. Attended Howard State University and later became the secretary for the I.M. Terrell Class of '51. She worked for Lockheed Martin as a Data Entry Supervisor until she retired in 1995.
Over the years her personality drew many people to love her in all generations of life. She was full of life, a great friend and supporter to many.
She was preceded in death by both parents; Husbands, James Suttice, SR, John Woods, and George King; Sister and Brother-in-law Bettie and William Peoples, Sr; Brother-in-laws, Reuben Williams and Bobby Suttice, Sr; Sister-in-law, Velma Suttice; Son-in-laws; Cudelice Brazelton and Murrell Beasley; Great-Granddaughter, Kalonie Epps; Nephews, William Peoples, Jr, Richard Williams, Steve Williams; Niece, Marcia Peoples.
She is survived by her children, Sheila Brazelton, James Suttice Jr. and daughter-in-law Roxanne Suttice, Simone Suttice, and Sharla Suttice; sister, Susie Carroll Williams; sister-in-law, Rhoda Suttice; Grandchildren, Monique Lunsford, Jermaine Brazelton, Blakely Wall, Shawntel Suttice, Alexis Suttice, Preston Suttice, and Austin Simpkins; Great-Grandchildren, Ahmir Wall, Laila Wall, Zaria Brown, Lauryn Wall, Jordyn Brazelton, Senecca Wall Jr., Payton Brazelton, Kailynn Epps; and nephews and nieces god-children, honorary grand and great-grandchildren and a host of cousins, relatives and friends.
