Service: 10 a.m. Saturday at Beacon Baptist Church in Haltom City. Interment: Pleasant Grove #1 in Decatur. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Chapel.
He was preceded in death by a son, Bobby W.E. Pierce; and wife of 50 years, Trudie F. Pierce.
Survivors: Wife of 12 years, Joyce J. Pierce; children, Raymond Pierce and wife, Carla, of North Richland Hills, Cathie Fortune and husband, Tommy, of Boyd, Elonda Patterson and husband, Mike, of Justin, Stephanie Race and Bernie of Fort Worth, John Robert Milligan and wife, Kim, of Keller; 13 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
