Bobby Dean Selby

Bobby D. Selby passed from this life to go to his eternal life on October 23, 2016. Bobby was 61 years old at the time of his death. He was born in Corsicana, Texas on January 19, 1955 to Rufus W Selby and Flora A Whitfield Selby. He married Karen Keith on June 26, 1976 and they were married for 40 years. They had two children, Brian and Mandy. Bobby was a devout Christian and was a member of the Highland Church of Christ for over 30 years. He loved fishing and camping and spending time with his 4 grandchildren. He was a huge NASCAR fan and loved the Earnhardts. Bobby worked hard all of his life and only retired when cancer took his health from him. He helped others with anything they needed even when his own health started to fail him. Bobby is survived by wife Karen, son Brian and his wife Mindy; daughter Mandy and husband Jason; brothers Ronald, Steven, Melvin and Sterling; and sister Helen Sue Forbes. Four grandchildren, Ainsley, Rylan, Wyatt and Esmae and a host of other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his brother Jackie Ross Selby.
