Service: 11 am Wednesday at Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Chapel.
Carol was born on September 29, 1943 to James and Lucille (Northcutt) Chester in Dubach, Louisiana. She loved crafting, trips to the casino, travel and the Denver Broncos. At 71, she was still fun loving, and had just gotten her first tattoo. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, brother, Rex Pickens and her husband, Larry Marshall.
She is survived by her daughters, Shanna McDowell and Renda Grogan; grandchildren, Kristin Nicole Norcross, Angela McFarland and Jordan McDowell; two great grandchildren, Brady and Adam McFarland; sisters, Pansee Cox and Annette Keith; and brother-in-law Raymond Marshall and wife Mary Kay.
