Carrol Ann Elliott

Carrol was born in Mineral Wells, Tx on August 27, 1951. Right from the start of her glorious journey she developed a unique personality. She loved people and her happiest times were when she was making everyone laugh, you didn’t have to be around her very long to realize she was special. Her love for all of her children, grandchildren and especially her great-grandchildren was immeasurable. There was nothing she wouldn’t do, or hadn’t done for them. When she was around them her whole personality came to life and it was uninhibited in every way. She worked at Alcon Laboratories for 27 years. She made friends wherever she went and work was no different. Her friends at work were her second family, and she cherished and loved each of them.

She and her husband were members of Alsbury Baptist Church.

The world has truly lost a very special person. But she would not want you to mourn for her, but lift your eyes and hearts upward for she is no longer suffering or in pain, but with her Lord. Her new and everlasting life has started, and she is lovingly and patiently waiting for the time when we join her again.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy McAfee.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Elliott; her brother, Larry Hall and wife Janice Hall; and sister, Donna Hall; daughter, Bridget McNeely and husband Mike McNeely and daughter Tammy Rodriguez and husband Daniel; son, Chris Elliott and wife Vivian; son, Ryan Elliott and wife Alicia; grandchildren, Heather Brown, Jessica, and Drew Franklin, Michael, and Savannah Whitmire, Melanie Whitmire, Chelsie Whitmire and Taylor Whitmire, Tim Pickens and Austin Rogers, Michaela and Garrett Fellers, AJ Elliott, Joe Elliott, Chase Elliott, Michael Blacknall and Ryan Blacknall; great grandchildren, Jacob Barrons, and Truly Whitmire; cousins, Cindy Lada, Mike Holmes, her niece, Cindy Holybee and husband David Holybee and their children, Bailey and Brooklyn; nephew, Richard Hall and his children, Ashley and Brittany.
