Dean was born on February 26, 1962, in Fort Worth, Texas to C. Allen and Beverly Hearne. He attended Paschal and Southwest High Schools. After graduation, he achieved his life-long dream of living and working in New York City. He returned to Fort Worth to care for his mother.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Bill Hearne.
Dean is survived by his fiancé Tony Ramos, his brother Allen Hearne (Jayna), his great Aunt Virginia Myrick, Aunt Josie Kinard (Lee), Pam Medlin (Kevin), several cousins, and best friends Philip Smerick and Les Rodriguez.
A memorial will be held at a later date.
