Catherine Anne Kelley

Catherine grew up in the Bay Area of California and lived in many places throughout the United States as well as Europe. She and her husband, David Kelley, settled in Texas, where they shared the last 30 years of their lives together.

Catherine enjoyed a long career in administrative work across many lines of business. She was deeply loved and will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and steady devotion to her family. One of her greatest joys was spending time with her 15 grandchildren. She also loved crocheting blankets and was a devoted friend to her many cats.

Catherine was preceded in death by her husband, David Kelley. She is survived by her son Zack Butler of Allen, Texas; her son Jay Butler and wife Kim Butler of Sanger, Texas; and her 15 grandchildren.

A private family remembrance will be held for her. In lieu of flowers, and if you are so inclined, we request donations to a preferred cancer research foundation or animal services charity.
