C.B. Sanders Jr. passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2016. Celebration of life: 2:30 p.m. Saturday in the Pauline Minor Chapel of Gregory W. Spencer Funeral Directors, Pastor Arthur Lee Clardy officiating. Burial: Monday, July 11, in the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Mr. Sanders served in the United States Navy. Survivors: daughter, Serita Atkins and husband, Robert; brother, Sonny Gift; sisters, Esther Gift, Karen Shelly (Phillip), Diane Riley and Yvonne Grant; one grandchild; and other relatives and friends.
