Mike was born on July 18, 1949 in Ft. Worth, Texas to Charles M. (Mace) and Parilee L. (Betty) Blanton. He worked for the Corp. of Engineers for over 40 years. He was a very gifted artist and had a passion for a variety of interests. He had a kind soul and giving heart.
Mike is survived by his mother, Parilee L. (Betty) Blanton; sister, Karla Ellis and husband, Mike; nephew, Jason Ellis and wife, Christin; niece, Courtney Peets and husband, Eric.
