Funeral: 12:30 p.m. Monday, April 25, in Laurel Land Memorial Chapel, 7100 Crowley Rd. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, April 24, at the funeral home.
He was born and raised in Waco, Tx., he married the love of his life on December 22, 1955, shortly after he served in the Navy at the age of 17. They built their family from the ground up in Fort Worth. He was a Washington Redskins fan through and through. Charles enjoyed spending time with family and friends, fishing and his new found hobby, social media and playing games on his tablet.
He is proceeded in death by his parents, Len and Delma Worrell, his brothers, Allen and Jack, and his sisters, Margie and Wanda.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Norma Lou Worrell, their 2 daughters, Sherri and husband, Orran, Donna and husband, Ray, their 2 sons, Larry and Kevin, 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, and many other family members and friends.
