Ms. Brooks was a resident of Fort Worth, Texas, and a longtime member of Pilgrim Valley Baptist Church, where she served faithfully as the "church's administrative assistant" for a number of years.

The Celebration of Her Life & Legacy will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 12:00 pm at Pilgrim Valley Missionary Baptist Church, 4800 South Riverside Drive,

Fort Worth, Texas 76119

Ms. Brooks final resting place will be Cedar Hill Memorial Park, 8301 Mansfield Hwy, Arlington, Texas
