

A memorial visitation for friends and family in Fort Worth will be held on Thursday from 4 pm to 7 pm at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel. A Memorial Service and Interment will be held at Lower Merion Baptist Church and Cemetery, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania in June.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made in Charlotte's memory to a children's charity of your choice.
Charlotte, a homemaker, was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania July 3, 1917. After the death of her mother in the Great Flu Epidemic, she was raised and later adopted by her aunt, Charlotte Ramsay Edmunds. In 1939 she graduated from Philadelphia Institute of the Bible, now Philadelphia Biblical University. In 1947 she married Lt. Cmdr. USNR Clarence Etsler Stone, a Professional Engineer. With her husband she devoted much service to the Overbrook and Lower Merion Baptist Churches in Philadelphia, Morgan Park Baptist Church in Chicago, and most recently, Polytechnic UMC in Fort Worth. She was a talented seamstress who shared her knowledge and gifts with family and friends.
Mrs. Stone was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence. She is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth and Lawrence Barron of Fort Worth, Texas, her granddaughter Deborah Falls and great-granddaughter Julianne Falls of Arlington, Texas and nieces, nephews, and close cousins living in Pennsylvania and New England.
