Clarice Josephine (Moore) Brown was born on February 12, 1921 in Kinston NC, to Elbert & Viola Moore (Both Deceased) She was the 4th of 5 children: Elbert Jr. (deceased Baltimore Md.), Edgar (deceased Florence NJ), Janet (deceased Edgewater Park NJ), & Hilliard Sr. (deceased Lawnside NJ). Clarice originally settled in Burlington, NJ and married Loice Williams Sr. (deceased), of which 3 children were born. Nadine Lamore Stewart (deceased), Loice Frank Williams Jr. (deceased) & Rodney Bruce Williams (deceased).
Clarice Brown retired from public service at the NJ Motor Vehicle Commission in 1985. Clarice lived most of her life in Burlington, NJ and moved to Fort Worth, TX with her husband of 42 years Mr. Lawrence Brown. Until the age of 95 she was active at her church New Birth Missionary Baptist Church and in her local community. In fact, she looked forward to getting together with her Bowling Club, which was a weekly event. She also loved to travel and root for her beloved team the Philadelphia Eagles.
Clarice leaves behind her husband Mr. Lawrence Brown, her two adoring Granddaughters, and Grandson. Tiarra Clarice Bentley (Christopher) & Lesley Lynncola West (David), and Loice F. Williams III.
Great-Grandchildren: Christopher B. Bentley, Chandler R. Bentley, Dasia West, David West Jr, Damani West, and Mya Williams, along with a host of Nieces & Nephews,
