

Connie Greenmun, passed away on April 17, 2012 at Community Hospice of Texas in Fort Worth. Connie was born to Betty Jeane Gibson Sauvage and Carl Eugene Sauvage of Havensville, Kansas. She graduated high school in Havensville in 1969. It was in Havensville where she also met her first husband Robert Lee Greenmun, who she married in 1970. They soon gave birth to two daughters; Jeannette Renae Greenmun and Brenda Lee Greenmun. They then moved to Deridder, Louisiana,
but soon after moved to Fort Worth, Texas.
Connie and Robert divorced in 1976.
She worked at Wal-Mart, Target, a bookkeeper, and
also at a concession stand at the Texas Rangers Ballpark. During those times she lived with her common law husband
Charles E. Robbins Sr.
In 2007, Connie’s mother passed away and she moved back to Holton, Kansas where she remained. It was in March 2012 she discovered her breast cancer had returned. She decided to move back to Fort Worth where she remained until her death to be close to her grandchildren and great grandchildren who were her pride and joy. The Good Lord decided that He had a plan for her and He set her free of all her pain and suffering.

She is preceded in death by her mother Betty Jeane Gibson Sauvage and her common law husband Charles E. Robbins Sr.
Connie is survived by her father, Carl Eugene Sauvage; sisters, Saundra Simkins and Gloria and husband Ronald VandeVelde; daughters, Jeannette Renae Greenmun and Brenda Lee Greenmun; eleven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; nine nieces and nephews; and twenty-two great nieces and nephews.
