

Connie was born on July 2, 1940, in Lakeside Ohio, the first child of Henry and Margaret Reid. While starting her life in Ohio, she spent most of her childhood in San Francisco and later San Diego California. Connie graduated from high school in 1957 and married John Weatherly in December of that year. As a Navy wife, Connie lived all over the world, Florida, Washington, Scotland, Connecticut, South Carolina, Cuba, and California. When John retired in 1977, he and Connie chose to live in Altus, Oklahoma with their three children.
Connie was widowed in 1981 after 24 years of marriage and remarried in 1986. Connie and Herb shared many adventures together. They loved to travel, and Connie's job as a Child Care Director for the U.S. Air Force gave them that opportunity. They have lived in San Antonio, the Azores, Fort Worth, Arkansas, Nevada, Oklahoma, New Mexico, West Virginia, Arizona and finally settled down in Fort Worth. They also traveled to Italy, Scotland, Hawaii, Mexico, Canada and many other destinations. They were planning a trip to Costa Rica when it became apparent that Connie would not be able to travel again.
Connie is survived by her devoted husband, Herbert Hill. She is also survived by her children Laurie (Greg) Cole, John (Sally) Weatherly and Sharon (Glenn) Anderson as well as her stepsons Herbert Hill, Jr. and Howard Hill, her grandchildren, Quentin Martin, Fiona Weatherly, Robert Anderson, Reid Anderson, Sean Anderson, Jessica Hill, Bryan Hill, Tiffany Hill and Lee Hill as well as 10 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren, with another due in December. Connie is also survived by her beloved youngest sister, Diane Whitman.
Connie was preceded in death by her father Henry Glen Reid, her young daughter Thereza Marie Weatherly, her sisters Bonnie Rothwell and Susan Ybarrondo, her mother Margaret Ybarrondo, andher stepfather whom she loved dearly, Lawrence Ybarrondo.
