

Danny proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era from 1970 to 1973. His service reflected his sense of duty and commitment, qualities that remained evident throughout his life (and his character) On May 21, 1998, he was specially recognized by the Denver Fire Department for his bravery in helping to rescue a woman trapped beneath a car—an act that spoke to his courage and willingness to help others in a time of need.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Eliptico and Mary Cruz San Agustin, and his brother, Frankie Eliptico.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Charlene Eliptico; his daughters, Karri Ann Eliptico (Jorge Almedina) and Jamie Eliptico; his grandchildren, Kristen Richardson, Stephenie DeSmet (Eric DeSmet), Hunter Peacock, Mikayla Heisler, and Brandon Polder; great-grandchildren, Lilyana Richardson and Pieper Richardson; sister, Elaine Santos (John Santos), and his brother, Glen Eliptico; sister-n-laws , Wanda Hyder, Mary Shockley, Susan Jones, Tracey Farmer (Darrell Farmer); his nieces, Lisa Madrigal (Chuy Madrigal), Jenelle Santos, Jeralynn Eliptico, Mercedes Ysalva ; and his nephews, CJ Hyder (Chris Hyder), David Hyder (Hope Hyder), Allen Sept Jr., Carlon Shockley (Bonnie Shockley) Dylon Farmer, Cason, and Koen.
Danny will be remembered for his love of family, his quiet strength, and the compassion he showed to others throughout his life.
A viewing will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. at Laurel Land Memorial Park, 7100 Crowley Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76134.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
