Dean was born in Nacogdoches to Wilton and Carrie Ray Parmley. She married Richard Wilson on December 31, 1950. They were happily married for 58 years. She worked for 40 years as a Teacher's Assistant in the Fort Worth ISD with the blind and visually impaired. Dean enjoyed being a grandmother, traveling, and shopping.
She was preceded in death by her husband.
Dean is survived by her daughter, Karen and husband, Ron; grandchildren, Kristen and husband, Jeremy Fuchs and Lauren Hampton; and great grandson, Henry Fuchs; as well as, nieces and nephews.
