Deborah Grooms-Sheppard, a loving wife, mother, sister and friend, fell asleep in the blessed arms of the Savior on Friday, Feb. 5, 2016. Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 1188 W. Broad St., Mansfield, Dr. Michael A. Evans Sr., pastor, officiating. Interment: 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 15, in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation: Deborah's friends may visit her 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 12, at Gregory W. Spencer Funeral Directors and 7 to 8 p.m. at the church. Survivors: Left in the care of Jesus are her husband, Terry D. Sheppard Sr.; children, Terry D. Sheppard Jr., Andrew Sheppard, Caitlin Sheppard; mother, Onita Grooms; two grandchildren; brothers, Charles E. Grooms III (Doris), Anthony Grooms; and a host of other relatives and friends.
