She loved Jesus and wasn't ashamed to share Him with others. When she was able, she was a faithful servant in her church, rarely missing attendance. She sang in the church choir all of her life. She was a member of Woodland Heights Baptist in Forest Hills and she and Art served at Hallmark Baptist. While living in Granbury, she attended Lakeside Baptist. She made her last residence Heritage Place a senior residence where she lived independently with the help of palliative care and the diligent care of her daughter, Donna.
