Dudley Randolph Kirkland, age 76, born May 10, 1942 in Brownwood, Texas and passed away March 31, 2019 in Haltom City, Texas. He received a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University. He enjoyed walking and most importantly taking care of his best friend Boone. He is survived by his former spouse and friend, Alma Kirkland; daughters, Ashley Louise Kirkland and Natalie Kaye Osborne and her husband, Joseph E. Osborne; grandchildren, Madalyn Jane Turlington, Isabella Louise Turlington, Presley Lynn Whitmire, Chase Thomas Whitmire, Brian Alexander Osborne and Tyler James Osborne; siblings, Hugh Dudley Kirkland, Jr., Frances Jackson, James E. "Hap" Kirkland, Alban B. "Bubba" Kirkland, Lisa Kirkland and Janet Guest; step mom, Betty S. Kirkland and various nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by father, Hugh Dudley Kirkland and mother, Ella Ruth Bennett. Memorial Service will be held at 10 am, Thursday, April 11, 2019 at Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Chapel, 6001 Rufe Snow Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76148. Graveside Service with military honors will be at 2:30 pm, Thursday, April 11, 2019 at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.
