Earnestine Sims

She met the love of her life, Oscar Sims, and they united in Holy Matrimony in 1974. To this union, Patresse Antoinette Sims and Terrence Lavert Sims were added blessings.

Earnestine worked in Information Resources at John Peter Smith Hospital from 1975 until 1998.

Earnestine is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Annie Mae Wells and Calvina Henriquez; and niece, Cassandra Carrion.

Left to cherish her sweet memories are husband of 50 years, Oscar Sims; children, Patresse Sims and Terrence Sims; stepchildren, Robert Woods and Renee Pitts; grandchildren, Terrence Jr. Sims, Essence Jamiyah Sims, Takeisha D. Terry, Arianna Sims, Tiana Sims, Kamaya Sims, Sierra Green; step-grandchildren; great-grandchildren; siblings, Bobbie Hart, Sandra Wells, Larry Wells, Michael Gardner; nephew, Damien Wells; niece, Requa Whitler (Tyson); close friends, Clara Hodge, Barbara Jones, and Madalyn Jones; and a host of many other relatives and friends.
