

Eleanore was born on November 20, 1935, to Raymond and Ada Guyer in El Paso, Texas. A dedicated and hardworking woman throughout her entire life, Eleanore held several meaningful roles in her career. She worked at Pangburn's Candy on the candy line, served as a supervisor at Justin Boots, and later found her true calling at Everman ISD, where she worked as a beloved baker in the school cafeteria. The children adored her, and her warmth left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Eleanore eventually retired from Everman ISD, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, dedication, and service.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 15, 2025, at 10:00AM in the Chapel of Chimes, Laurel Land Memorial Park, located at 7100 Crowley Rd., Fort Worth, Texas.
A Visitation will take place on Thursday, August 14, 2025, from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Laurel Land Funeral Home.
Eleanore was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Guyer; her mother and stepfather, Ada and Lewis Like, her son, Bobby Lewis; and her beloved husband, Robert "Bob" Lewis.
Eleanore loved her family unconditionally. She was a hardworking, kind-hearted woman who found joy in helping others. She was truly one of the sweetest people you could ever meet, and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her sons, Clifford Lewis and wife Debbie, Paul Lewis and wife Sue; six grandchildren, Anna Davis, Hilary Lewis, Chris Counts, Brandy Rowan, Kristi Rowan and Jacob Rowan; six great-grandchildren, Makayla, Lucas, Natalie, Nicole, Kingsley, Karsyn, and Zach; and three great-great grandchildren, Jasper, Jaxx, and Jase.
