

Elizabeth DANGERFIELD, age 75, of Grapevine, Texas passed away on Thursday, October 29, 2020. Elizabeth was born February 23, 1945 to the Parents of Ell Phillips and Hattie Bell Wynn Phillip In East Texas. Elizabeth attended Green Bay High School in East Texas, she graduated in 1954. She played point guard at the School. In 1964 they won the Championship. After graduation she moved to Fort Worth, Texas.
Elizabeth married the love of her life Joseph Samuel Dangerfield, Sr. They were married 23 years in this union 4 sons were born in love. Elizabeth found the Lord at an early age where this union of Salvation was still present throughout her life. She was the Mother of the Prayer of Faith Temple Church under the leadership of Bishop Steve Wagnon for many years. Elizabeth retired from the Fort Worth Independent School District as a Bus Driver. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Dangerfield, Sr.; her parents, Ell and Hattie Phillips; her brothers, Edward Phillips, U.L. Phillips and Eldridge Phillips; her sisters, Ruthie B. Johnson, Anna Bell Reed and Annie Lee Grimes; grandson, Isaiah Dangerfield; granddaughters, Serenity and Miracle Dangerfield.
Those left to cherish her memories are; her sons, Joseph Dangerfield (Kyna), Anthony Dangerfield (Dietra), Terry Dangerfield and Charles Dangerfield; 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren; a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
