She was married to Stephen McKenzie on October 19, 1967 in Fort Fort Worth, Texas. She was a member of Southcliff Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband Stephen and her son John.
She was survived by her son Robert, daughter-in-law Chandelle, her grandchildren Chloe, Rachel, John and Caleb.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026 from 5:00 PM - 7:00PM at Laurel Land Funeral Home. The committal will be on Friday, June 12, 2026 at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery at 10:00 AM.
