She was born in Crowley, Texas. She was a member of Highland Church of Christ.
Eloise was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother, and daughter.
She was survived by her son, Don Kennedy and wife, Gayle; her grandsons, Zachery Kennedy and wife, Angie, Troy Vinson and wife, Hilary. She had four grandchildren, Ashtion and Tanner Kennedy, Payten and Caleb Vinson; and several niece and nephews.
