Ernie was born September 28, 1930 in Fort Worth, TX to Allen Tim Lowrey and Thelma Louise Cravens. They were married on Dec. 21, 1951 and celebrated almost 65 years together until Wanda’s death in November, 2016.

Growing up and living all his life in Texas (“God’s country” as he would say), Ernie enjoyed many outdoor activities including fishing, hunting, and home improvement projects. He also enjoyed card and board games with family and friends.
