

It was on June 21, 1942 when Edward Jackson and Murlene Young Jackson welcomed the arrival of their son in Oakwood, TX. They named him Euel Edward Jackson. He graduated from Bohner High School in Olton, Texas. Euel received his formal education while attending Tarrant County Junior College and received his degree in Electrical and A/C Mechanical which led to him working in A/C and Heating. He had a desire of entrepreneurship which led him to starting his own company, E. Jackson A/C & Heating in the late 70s.
It was at an early age in life when Euel confessed his love for Jesus Christ. He became a deacon at the age of 19 under the leadership of Rev. James Moore, Olton, TX. He served as Chairman of the Deacons at First Riverside Missionary Baptist Church and Administrator to the pastor. He taught Sunday school for many years. He was a member of the male chorus. He also attended Southern Bible Institute. He had served on the Board at TCJC in the A/C and Heating Department. He served on many other boards in Fort Worth, Texas. Euel was honored by Alpha Sigma Chapter for 2010 Outstanding Entrepreneur. He was the owner and operator of E. Jackson A/C & Heating. He was an entrepreneur for 48 years in the industry. He was a “Jack of all trades” and was well known in the community.
On February 24, 1962, Euel married the love of his life, Annie Faye Thomas. From this union, they were blessed with his son, Kenneth Edward Jackson (Vnita), two daughters, Janelle Jackson Brandon (Jimmie), and Tiffany Jackson Tate (Vincent), two granddaughters, Kashima Wright (deceased), Hope Tate, grandson, Kenneth Edward Jackson, Jr., and two great grandsons, Michael and Matthew Louison. Siblings: Curtis Ray Jackson, Sr. (Judy), Kenneth Ray Jackson(Louis), Charles Jackson(Tawana), Ernest Jackson, Michael Jackson(deceased), Carolyn Carter, and Patricia Jackson.
Euel touched the lives of so many with kindness, generosity, and a sense of humor. He had a strong love for Christ and compassion for others. He exemplified a life of integrity, a servant heart, and a willingness to put others needs before his own. He was strong Christian, loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, mentor, teacher, and friend to all.
On Saturday, June 28, 2025, after his courageous battle with cancer and other underlying health conditions, Euel departed this earthly life and entered life eternal with his heavenly Father. He was preceded in death by his father, mother, brother, Michael Jackson, and granddaughter, Kashima Wright.
