Evalyn Delores McWilliams

A visitation for Evalyn will be held on Wednesday, June 7th from 10:00-11:00am at Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Chapel (6001 Rufe Snow Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76148). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 7th at 11:00am at Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Chapel with burial to immediately follow at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas 75211).

Evalyn was born on August 26, 1942 to Henry and Evalyn (Evans) Pearce in Fort Worth Texas. She attended school in Haltom City. In 1985, Evalyn was married to Buford McWilliams. The two were married for 16 years until Buford's passing in 2001.

Evalyn enjoyed gambling and playing bingo, and has a passion for raising children. In her later years, she was described as a daredevil with an adventurous spirit. Evalyn was extremely loved by her family and will be missed by all those who knew her.

Evalyn is preceded in death by her husband, Buford McWilliams; her parents, Henry and Evalyn Pearce; and two grandchildren: Tamara Chambers and Misti Jackson. She is survived by her children: Tammy Jackson, Kevin Jackson and his wife Angela, Cheryl Graham, and Tina Smith; her sister, Cora Mae Carpenter; 13 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; as well as numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
