

Funeral: 2:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 29, at St. Luke Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park of Fort Worth.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Everett's name to a favorite charity.
Everett was born in January 1923 in Macon, Ill., to Thomas Brown Noland and Kathryn Short Noland. He married his wife, Betty, in March 1944 and was the father of four children.
Everett graduated from Brown Business College and held numerous positions with the General Services Administration until his retirement. Everett served in the U.S. Army from March 1943 to February 1946. He served in World War II in the Southern Phillippines Campaign and was stationed in Tokyo and attained the rank of master sergeant. Everett was a longtime member of St. Luke Cumberland Presbyterian Church and held numerous positions at the church. He possessed a great love of music and sang for many years in the church choir. Reared on a farm, Everett had a great love of farming and enjoyed being around farmers and farm equipment. He possessed a special zest for life and always inspired those around him. He had a keen sense of humor which he shared with everyone. To be able to know and be around Everett was an extreme joy and resulted in a lifetime friendship. He loved his family and his friends dearly and was deeply loved in return.
Everett was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Betty; a daughter, Nina McIntosh; and sister, Kathleen Damery.
Survivors: Sons, Gary Noland and wife, Cheryl, and Robert Noland and wife, Christine; daughter, Kristie McGrath and husband, Michael; son-in-law, Dan McIntosh; brother, John Noland and wife, Jo Ann; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
