Faithe Marie Gordon

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Faithe Marie Gordon, who left us on May 30, 2026, at the age of 94. She was a beloved Mother, Grandmother, Friend, and her presence will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Born on October 2, 1931, in Wallis, Texas, Faithe Gordon was the child of Edward and Crystal Horton. Throughout her life, Faithe Gordon was known for her firm, unwavering, and purposeful character, and her years as a dedicated teacher. A businesswoman of integrity, she and her husband Robert David Gordon owned Southwest Metalsource in Arlington. She devoted her time and energy to a love of gardening, caring for her family and friends, and often supported Mission Arlington.

Faithe Gordon is survived by son, Randy Gordon; grandsons, Robby Gordon, Jeff Gordon, Dan Gordon, John Curtiss; granddaughter, Lindsey Curtiss; and great-grandchildren, Fiona Gordon, Amelia Gordon, Alexander Gordon, Lucas Gordon, Liam Gordon; and many more family and friends.

Faithe was preceded in death by her parents; step-father, Ernest Burks; Husband, Robert David Gordon, son, Rob Gordon, and daughter Heather Curtiss; brothers, Kent Gordon, Ronnie Horton, and Jim Horton.

The family invites relatives and friends to a Celebration of Faithe Gordon's life on Saturday, June 13, 2026 beginning at 10:00 AM at Laurel Land's Chapel of Chimes: 7100 Crowley Road Fort Worth, TX 76134.

A visitation will be held on Friday, June 12, 2026 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Laurel Land Funeral Home.
