

"As a young girl, I gave birth to the most beautiful little girl weighing 5lbs 4oz. I was afraid to cry and after seeing her, I became a strong mother.
She attended Our Mother of Mercy School until she enrolled at O.D. Wyatt High School were she was a graduate in the class of 1982. She enrolled at Tarrant County Junior College in the tenth grade and held a job in school as well.
Finally saying she wanted to be a stewardess for American Airline, training was a part of the position. So on the day they exercised on the job training, they wore life vest while helping customers in an emergency. Felicia said "Nope, I'm only saving myself!". The moral of the story, she worked 30 years as a Reservationist for American Airlines and retired."
Felicia is preceded in death by her biological father, Jimmy Charles Wilson; father who raised her, Arthur Cole Cherry; sister, Kimberley Asberry; grandmother, Jewell Lewis.
She is the mother of two sons, Jazman Cole Glenn and Tevin Ke'Andre Briscoe-Shankle; grandmother of three beautiful girls, Melody Nicole, Journey Lee, Blu Jewell; mother, Linda Briscoe - Cherry; brothers, Samuel K. Asberry and Frederick A. Asberry; sister, Towanna Wilson; aunt, Renee Jones; great-grandnephew, Jabrelle Cole Asberry; cousin, Cynthia Braziel; loyal friend, Leola Kemp Brooks; her constant support, Reva Maroney; and a host of other relatives.
