Frances Lucile Dixon

Frances Lucile Dixon, Frankie, passed away on Sunday, June 17. She was 87 years old.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, June 22 at City Point UMC, North Richland Hills.

Frankie was born in Memphis, Tennessee, to James and Exie May Little. She spent the first few years of her life on a farm. The family later moved to the city and her father started a flooring business. She went to school through high school in Memphis. She worked in the business world as a Secretary, Data Entry clerk, a Keypunch Operator and as an Import Processor at several freight companies. She took college courses at Tarrant County Junior College. She worked as a volunteer at an Art Museum, where she also took art classes. She took ballroom dancing lessons and won several trophies. She was active in church for many years. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She also adored her two great grandchildren.

Surviving relatives- Teresa Kile, daughter and husband Rod; Jim Dixon, son and wife Melody. Grandchildren – Sabrina Hill and husband Jacob, great granddaughter Kaitlynn, Andrea Kile Peterson and husband Travis Peterson, Ryan Kile and wife Kara, Travis Dixon and great grandson Riley, Tyler Dixon and wife Ashley.
