Frances Geraldine Hickson

Frances Geraldine Hickson, 83 years old of Bristol, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 9:05 PM in her home of Fort Worth, Texas. She will always be deeply missed and joyfully remembered.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, November 5, 2026 at North Point Church, located at 933 Ranch Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76131, with Pastors Brent & Holly Nordan of North Point Church, officiating. On behave of Frances wishes, there will be no graveside service. However, she will be laid to rest in eternal love at Laurel Land- Rose Hill Memorial Park.

Frances Hickson was born February 16, 1943, to Mary Irene & Joseph Homer Hickson. She went to school in Yakima Washington. She had a daughter, Ann Irene Hickson, with Jimmy Coffelt. She was never married. She superseded by all expectations to be a loving example to all who ever met her. Her heart was bigger than Texas and more valuable than diamonds and rubies. She showed all how to love unconditionally. Frances was a very hard worker she cooked at Wyatt Cafeteria for 30 years and school cafeteria worker for 10 years. She also worked as a Sunday school day care for 13 years.

Frances Hickson is survived by daughter Ann Irene Hickson and husband Alvin Davis; grandchildren Ashley Nicole Hickson, Angel Rene Hickson, Alicia Marie Hickson, Aquita Ann Davis, and Joseph Micah Hickson; great grandchildren Kallen Lamar Evans, Kylie Marie Bobino, Kadance Rene Bobino, Khloe Nicole Collier, Kendell Isaiah Hickson, Kimora Monet Smith, Kodie Sean Foster, Kayden Elijah Hickson, Ka’Leah Ann Mayes, Aquita Ann Smith, and Kenley Angel Curnell; brother Roy Gene Hickson; sister’s Elizabeth Ann Scruggs & Elizabeth Gwen Hearn; countless nieces and nephews and numberless great & great great’s.
