Frank Norris Hand, 89, passed away on January 3, 2018. Frank enjoyed many hobbies such as playing golf, playing cards, and enjoying various sports. Yet, he would return back to his most recent passion of dancing. Frank belonged to the Rawstinites dance group. Frank was a Christian and tried to live his life as one. He was a kind and gentle man who everybody loved. Frank just love to socialize and have a good time. He will be dearly missed and never forgotten.
Survived by his children KimberlyPage (husband Dywayne Page), Debbie Trapp, and Gary Hand.
