Jack was born in Wichita Falls on Sept. 2, 1926, and moved to Fort Worth as a young child. He served in the Navy during the Word War II. He retired from the Corps of Engineers after many years as a draftsman.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
Survivors: Wife, Macey Patrick; sister, Janet Webb; daughters, Penny Patrick, Jan Patrick, Nancy McBrayer and Mary Lou Grandos; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law; and one brother-in-law.
