Fred Robert Taylor

A Visitation will be held from 4pm to 8pm Monday, November 13, 2023 at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel in Fort Worth, Texas.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Meadowbrook-Poly United Methodist Church on Tuesday, November 14th at 11:00am, following a Committal Service at DFW National Cemetery in Dallas, Texas.

Fred was born in Fort Worth, Texas to Fred Alexander and Ione Taylor on September 6, 1945. He graduated from Eastern Hills High School and attended TCU. He married his children’s mother, Diane Hill in 1971 in Fort Worth, Texas. They had 3 children. He later married Jere Wyatt in 2009 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Fred owned and operated Taylor Sales Company, Inc. for many years. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and served proudly in the United States Navy, stationed on the USS Ranger CV-61. He was also a Mason and long-time member of the Petroleum Club of Fort Worth.

Fred is survived by his wife, Jere Taylor. His sister, Carol S. Nichols. His children, Scott Taylor, Cindy Taylor, Jamie Taylor, Step-Children, Pamela Kiper, Casey Wyatt and wife Rebecca. His grandchildren, Jacob Wilson and wife Marissa, Caleb Wilson, Catelyn Wilson, Dayne Taylor, Haley Kiper, Jake Kiper, Logan Wyatt and Ayden Wyatt. Great-grandchildren, Brixton Wilson, Zeppelin Wilson and Everleigh Diane Sanchez.
