Golda N. Lynch

Golda N. Lynch, a lifelong resident of Arlington, TX in the Tate Springs community passed away from a short illness on September 3, 2020. Her husband, Doug Lynch, husband of almost 60 years passed in 2006. Soon after, she started attending South Oaks Baptist where she was loved and loved her whole Sunday School Class. She continued to enjoy her church friend’s canasta parties until she passed. Golda recently moved in with her daughter Rhonda & son-in-law, Deral Elkins while still enjoying her independence until taken ill in March.

Golda is preceded in death by her parents: Stanley and Eunice Graham; her husband, Doug Lynch; her grandson, Bradley Elkins.

Survived by her daughter Rhonda Elkins, husband Deral Elkins, from Mansfield and granddaughter Angela Elkins from Arlington; daughter Patti Archer, husband Sam Archer from Valley Mills and 2 grandsons Bryan Powell with wife Margaret and great grandsons Jack and Rhett Powell, from S. Carolina, and grandson Jeff Powell with wife Joy and great grandchildren, Carson, Pierce and Paige, from Colorado.

Visitation and Service will be held on Thursday, Sept. 10, 2020 at South Oaks Baptist Church 10am-12pm with burial at Laurel Land, Ft. Worth at 1:30 pm.
