Mr. Ruffin retired from the U.S. Air Force and the General Service Admimistration.
Survivors: Sons, Kenneth R. Ruffin and wife, Marlene, Pastor Daryl K. Ruffin and wife, Evangelist Vera, Steven K. Ruffin and wife, Alberta, Donlen K. Ruffin and wife, Tamara; sister, Florence Seastrunk (Bobbie); 20 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
