Helen was born Jan. 26, 1929, in Chico, to Ernest and Grace Lasiter. She married Lewis W. Welborn on Sept. 7, 1949, in Fort Worth. Helen taught Sunday school at Polytechnic Church of Christ and was a longtime member of The Hills Church of Christ. Helen was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother.
Survivors: Husband, Lewis W. Welborn; children, Steve Welborn and wife, Judy, and Sheryl Chazarreta and husband, Jerry; grandchildren, David, Casey, Nicole, Dusty and Jerry; great-grandchildren, Gabriel and Vyola; brothers, Charles Lasiter and wife, Beverly, and Gary Odom; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
