Jack Lake, 72, a lifetime resident Fort Worth, TX went to be with his Lord and Savior Monday, August 8, 2011. He married Carol L. Lake, the love of his life, he was a retired jewelry business owner and a member of Without Walls Church Fort Worth, TX. Jack is survived by wife Carol Lake; three children: son Jackie Lake JR, son Gary Lake, son John Bardin and daughter Christina Graham; Five Grand Children: Shaun Lake, Brittnie Hughes, Antares Lake, Joseph Lake and Zachary Graham; Four Great-Grand Children: Isaiah Lake, Addison Hughes, Brian Hughes and Caitlin Hughes; two sisters: Tyrece Blessing and Peggy Phillips. Preceding him in death are parents: Rufus and Esta Lake; brother Marion Lake; two sisters: Betty and Tommy and one daughter Elizabeth Bardin. Much loved by many and will be greatly missed.
