I am heartbroken 💔! I last spoke with Jamie the early part of June. We chatted via text messaging, as I had surprised her with my books. She was so happy. She had told me she was doing good from her surgery and how Jeff was her rock. She had plans for a prosthetic leg, and to return to work. She assured me that she had bad days, but the good days were better. I was shocked today, as I has texted her to see how she was doing. I waited a couple hours, but never heard back. This was unusual for Jamie. Something told me to Google her name. My heart dropped to the floor with the results. I just can not believe you are gone, Jamie. I remember like yesterday, our fun times in school. Our wicked letter to each other one summer as kids. I am so glad we kept in contact all these years later. I hope you are at rest and the pain is gone. I will never forget you, Jamie Schmamie. GESSSSSSS, GNO. What a hoot you were. 💖

Jamie. You will be dearly missed. I have always looked up to you and have admire your positive attitude.  No matter what was going on in your life,  You were so uplifting. You brought some much joy and laughter to others. I was bless to have you as a cousin growing up. You were such a great mom and aunt to your nieces and nephews.  Knowing the whole story bout you and Jeff was so inspirational.  I Loved what he said bout you. You and jeff was a blessing to each other. I  WILL miss your facebook messages. I WILL MISS You

Every the optimist, always a smile and that Infectious laugh you had- even when I picked in your beloved Cowboys. I cherish the time we spent together, the memories; I’ll miss you but you will forever live in my heart, Webb.

I will miss your encouraging words at the office when I rush to the copy room in a mad dash of stress and you saying “it will be alright little one” I will miss our laughs as we whisper about our latest occasional office prank and the sweet smile on your face as I pass the reception desk. I will miss the funny jokes you would tell me as you rang my phone extension and your barrel laugh that echoed down the hall. I will miss all of these things, but most of all I will miss you.

Jamie always brought happiness to all, & the love she had was so great, she was the most loving, kind, caring, Mother to Travis and wife to Jeff, our aunt (Nene) would always make you laugh no matter what, yes her smile would light up the world around, I know she was recently doing so well with her recovery and I know she lived her life to the fullest, I was was truly blessed to have a wonderful Aunt that she is & going to be dearly missed by so many. 🦋

Jamie was one of the sweetest, most positive and strongest people I have ever met.
Always a smile on her face no matter what the circumstances were.
She was truly a ray of sunshine to all around her.
The love that radiated from her to others especially her devotion to Jeff and Travis was beautiful to witness and admire.
A recent memory of her and her optimism:
On one of my visits to her at the hospital in February this year, (I was concerned how she would be as knew she potentially had her leg amputated). I walk in and she has a big smile on her face and pats her leg and says "You have to help me name my stump!"
She again amazed me with her optimism, positiveness and the sunshine she created around her. 
Beautiful soul that will be greatly missed.
