Born on August 13, 1948, at Saint Patrick’s Hospital in Lake Charles, Janice was the daughter of Alice and Wyler. From the very beginning, her life was rooted in family.
Janice was best known for her generous heart and her love of baking. Her kitchen was a place of warmth and comfort, where countless treats were made not just to be enjoyed, but to be shared. Friends, family, and neighbors were often the lucky recipients of her homemade baked goods, each one offered as a quiet expression of care and kindness.
She had a deep love for animals and found great joy in the outdoors, where she felt most at peace. Janice and Chuck cherished the home they built together in Kerens, Texas, which was a place filled with love, laughter, and lifelong memories. That home remained close to her heart, and it was with those fond memories that she left this earth.
Janice will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her generosity, and the simple, meaningful ways she showed love to those around her. Her legacy lives on in the lives she touched, the traditions she shared, and the many sweet moments created at her table and in her home.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
