Jerelene Marie Pedigo “Grammie”, 76, 0f Fort Worth, beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, November 24, 2018.

Celebration of Life Service: 1pm Thursday, November 29, at Shannon Funeral Home, 6001 Rufe Snow Dr., Fort Worth, TX.

Visitation: 6pm to 8pm, Wednesday, November 28, at Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Home.

Jerelene was born on January 1, 1942 in Wichita Falls, TX to Ira and Stella Akins. She loved gardening, sewing, cooking, dancing, coffee, Christmas, and watching her great grand babies play. Her infectious laugh filled every room with love. One of her greatest accomplishments was becoming a Real Estate Agent at the age of 65. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Joe Pedigo, her grandson, Jacob Fitzgerald, and her beloved cat, Big Kitty.

She is survived by her daughter Terri Kistner; daughter, Kimberly Burross-Whitaker; son, Michael Burross and wife, Tamara; 7 grandchildren and 6 great-granddaughters who loved their Grammie dearly.
